There are 16 advanced technological members who have engaged in research and development of chemical and bio-engineening technology for quite a long time in the R&D center of Xi'an HaoTian Bio-Engineening Technology Co.,Ltd.All the members are experienced in chemical synthesis and biological extraction. The distribution of their major is reasonable-someone learned agricultural chemistry, bio-engeeging, plant chemistry while someone learned chemical analysis, organic chemistry,
practical chemistry and chemical engineering etc. They are familiar with the trend of technological development within their own fields and they also know the importance of protecting ecological environment clearly. Novel and advanced technological experience can be absorbed quickly by them and they are able to research and develop new product. |

At present, the R&D center owns advanced apparatus which worths more than 2,600,000RMB. The equipment includes. HPLC, GC, TLC,UV, KF-Titrino, Prepared-HPLC, Film Rotation Evaporator, etc. The annual input for scientific research takes 5-10% of annual sales amount of the company. The sufficient input guarantees the research and development and makes solid foundation for technological R&D. Under such circumstance, the sustainable research ability is enhanced to a high degree.
In 2005, "Xi'an Bio-pharmaceutical lntermediate Engineening Technology Research Center" which was founded on the basis of Xi'an HaoTian io-Engineering Technology Co.,Ltd and Microbe Research lnstitute of shaanXi Province enables the researhing ability of the company to reach higher level. The center will combine the advantages of human resource, technology, equipment, management of the company and that of the institute closely in order to set up a technological research platform which will be used to develop the technology of purification, extraction and preparation of bio pharmaceutical intermediate for natural plants, degradation ingredient of microbe and active ingredient of metabolic outcome.
The center will also explore creative developing craft of bio-pharmaceutical intermediate to change the natural resources of
